Delivery and shipping is only available for prescribed medications. Delivery is available to North Las Vegas, Las Vegas and Henderson. Shipping option is also available, prescriptions cannot be mailed outside Nevada and will only be shipped to the address confirmed by the patient. Same-Day Delivery is available on most prescriptions if the prescription is at the pharmacy, medication in stock and already processed and ready before 3:00PM. In addition prescriptions received after 3 pm or after hours will be processed the following business day. (Assisted living, nursing homes, and hospice Exempt)
At time of delivery, the patient or authorized person over the age of 18 must be present to sign a “proof of delivery” to indicate receipt of delivery. A state issued I.D. might be required. A prescription delivery cannot be left without obtaining a signature. Deliveries will not be made without scheduling with the patient. Controlled substance for example opioids are not available for delivery or shipping. (Assisted living, nursing homes, and hospice Exempt) Pharmacy staff needs to have at least a 24 hour notice for a delivery request on a refill to contact the provider, confirm eligibility and prepare the delivery. New prescriptions must be hand delivered to the pharmacy unless your doctor electronically (e-sciped) prescribed your medication. You will be contacted by our pharmacy staff.
Just like your doctors office, Co- pays must be paid prior to delivery. Credit cards payments can be made over the phone or in person. Cash payments will have to be paid in store.
